What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 20 MT (one 20ft container) per variety. For mixed containers with different raisin types, the minimum is 5 MT per variety. We can discuss smaller trial orders for new partnerships.
What certifications do you have?
We are HACCP certified and currently obtaining ISO 22000, Organic (EU), and Halal certifications. We can provide full test reports (moisture, sugar content, microbiology, heavy metals, pesticides) from independent EU-recognized labs upon request.
What are your payment and delivery terms?
We offer FOB Tashkent or CIF to major European ports (Rotterdam, Hamburg, Antwerp). Payment terms: 30% advance, 70% against copy of BL, or LC at sight. For established partners, we can discuss NET 30-60 terms.
Can you provide samples?
Yes. We provide free samples (up to 1kg per variety) via DHL/FedEx. Shipping costs are covered by the buyer. Samples typically arrive within 5-7 business days to EU destinations.
What is your production capacity and lead time?
Our monthly production capacity is 500 MT across all varieties. Typical lead time is 15-20 days from order confirmation to shipment readiness. During peak season (September-December), please allow 25-30 days.
Do you offer private labeling or custom packaging?
Yes. We offer custom packaging solutions including private label, retail-ready packaging (250g, 500g, 1kg pouches), and bulk packaging (10kg, 12.5kg cartons, or 250kg jumbo bags). MOQ applies for custom packaging.
